The booking of the apartment is binding! The EU standards for cancellations of hotel stays also apply to holiday apartments. Cancellation sounds annoying and is usually the same for all parties involved. It's a pity if flats remain free and others would have liked to come; but everyone can have something in between.
Our request: inform us in time.
According to EU standards, cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before the start of the holiday. Cancellations within 59 days before the start of the holiday will unfortunately be charged.
We offer you an extremely cost-effective possibility, so that you are protected against unnecessary cancellation costs (e.g. for only 15 euros you receive insurance cover on a total overnight stay price of up to 300 euros). Simply get in touch with us!
